JP Ocat, a dynamic 27-year-old from Talisay City, Cebu, also cherishes his roots in Cagayan de Oro City, where he completed his studies in International Studies at Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan.
Ocat's multifaceted career spans hosting, modeling, and project management, with a notable past as a flight attendant. He gained significant recognition in 2018 when he participated in the Misters of Filipinas pageant, earning the title of Man of the World Philippines 2018. His impressive performance continued on the international stage at the Man of the World 2019 pageant in San Juan City, where he secured the position of fourth runner-up among a competitive field of 40 contestants.
Beyond his pageantry achievements, JP is a passionate mental health advocate who enjoys reading, writing, and engaging in spiritual meditation. He has diverse interests that include adventure and music, with a former aspiration of becoming a rapper. Ocat also harbors ambitions of pursuing a career in law, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact. Most recently, he achieved a personal dream by becoming a member of the Pit Crew, further showcasing his commitment to his passions and goals.
